At SJC Custom Drums, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your equipment isn't performing to your standards, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all stock items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all hardware, accessories, and documentation to ensure a safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
